Prototype History: The Southern Iron and Equipment Company of Atlanta, Georgia (SIECO), began manufacturing gondolas in the mod-1970's. In the early 1980's, The Evans Company took control of SIECO and continued producing these gondolas under their own specifications. These cars are in use on the prototype today and will find many uses on your model railroad ...

This is an all new model from Atlas

- Factory installed AccuMate magnetic knuckle new offset shank coupler
- Up to 4 Road Numbers for each road name will be offered.
- True Scale Dimensions -- Separately applied end and side ladders
- Die cast under frame -- 100 Ton Roller Bearing Trucks with offset shank Accumate couplers.
- Accurate painting/printing based on prototypical roads.
